This group is designed for therapists who think deeply, feel intensely, and sometimes find themselves “too much” for traditional supervision spaces.
Space is limited to 4–6 participants to keep the group relational and intimate.
If this sounds like a fit, reach out to start a conversation.
If you identify as gifted, twice-exceptional, or highly sensitive — or if you serve clients who do — you already know the particular weight this work can carry.
The existential questions, the intensity, the drive for mastery, alongside a sharp inner critic. This is a space built around all of that, not despite it.
Together, we explore the distinctive challenges and strengths of practicing as a gifted or 2E clinician — from perfectionism and imposter feelings to creative overexcitabilities, existential depth, and the emotional intensity that can shape session dynamics.
With over 8 years in the mental health field, I bring humor, irreverence, depth, and lived experience to my work. As a 2E therapist myself, I understand the tensions that often arise for us — the drive for mastery alongside a sharp inner critic, the pull toward deep analysis and existential questioning, and the emotional intensity that can amplify session dynamics, including countertransference.
Gifted clinicians frequently move through cycles of insight, doubt, and positive disintegration. This brave space is designed to support that process with curiosity, boundaries, and safety.
Supervision with me is a space where no topic is “too much.” I share my own imperfections and insights freely, and I am committed to providing a grounded, warm container for your growth as a clinician and a human.
Supervision for therapists who think deeply, feel intensely, and occasionally question the entire field of therapy.
