Tanya Fegidero

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hello! I’m Tanya Fegidero, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

I’ve always been someone that friends, family, and strangers naturally feel comfortable opening up to.

To this day, whether someone is looking for support, a space to be heard, or simply someone to sit with them through life’s more challenging moments, I deeply value being a compassionate and grounding presence.

The uniqueness of each person’s story fascinates me: their experiences, culture, emotions and the moments that shape who they are.

Like many people, I’ve faced my own challenges, which have deepened my empathy, and shaped my belief that healing takes time, compassion, and support.

In fact, my experiences have taught me that healing isn’t linear, and having the right support can make all the difference!

I chose this path because I wanted to transform something that came naturally to me into meaningful and intentional work with others.

I believe that everyone has their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth, even during life’s toughest times.

Tanya Fegidero a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self.

Together, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the change you’re seeking, at a pace that feels right for you.

Outside the Therapy Room

I enjoy staying active and connecting with nature through hiking, biking, swimming, and spending time outdoors.

I also enjoy slowing down and grounding myself through yoga, painting, and listening to music.

Lastly, you can often find me playing team sports like softball and volleyball, which remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday moments.
